In such strange times politically it's good to see the law firms just getting on with it - globalisation and working together isn't yesterday's news. Firms realise that market consolidation is inevitable - it follows that they have become far more sophisticated when considering merger. We are doing a lot of work in this space and experience tells us that Lee is absolutely right - post merger integration is so very critical to success - historically it has all too often been brushed off as an after thought.
